I'm from the UK too, keep checking ebay, quite a lot of A35s on there just before Christmas, I bought one after bidding on several, also bought an A3. They seem to appear all at once and then there's nothing for a week or so. Another good place to look is the adverts in newsagents windows!

I wouldnt say quite a lot!

I've seen maybe half a dozen in 12 months. They all seem to be down south too, I've been hunting one up north for nearly 2 years.... just want a motor to tune!

I started looking in the middle of November and bidded on around seven before ending up with the two I currently have. That doesn't seem to scarce to me, but I suppose that may be to others.

A3's are generally plentiful. A35's are not, I can bet you didn't bid on 7 A35's. as we are currently discussing those. I'm still looking for an A35.

at the time of writing this there are none on ebay uk. neither A3's or A35's.

iam from the uk too, and iam of an age to know that most of these dont exist anymore because they were so easy to steal and burn out. which is shocking if like me, your trying to restore one and need parts, but on the plus side if you have a vintage tomos in good condition it should surely appreciate in value, i mean the 80s retroness of most of the models is awesome.

iam definately interested in parts mate for sure, and mabye even a spare engine iam in Grimsby but i would pay postage costs or whatever, gotta be cheaper than ordering from the usa, is it an a3?

It's an A35 engine with delorto carb etc, complete except throttle cable.Excellent condition. Pity you don't live nearer, I'm in Surrey
